Summary: I am local from Clearwater and had a friend from work who lives in Northern California come visit and we rented out this bungalow for our trip. It wasn't intended for my 7-year-old daughter to come but she broke her elbow and ended up staying a few nights with us, so the extra room with the twin beds was perfect. We really enjoyed having two separate bathrooms and the shed by the pool has everything you could possibly want for the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for coming home and rinsing all that sand off of you before jumping in the pool to cool off and relax. The pool lights at night are absolutely beautiful and even though I live in the area, it still felt like a wonderful getaway being right on the beach and so close to the beach access. The location, the cleanliness, the Smart TVs, the beautiful backyard and pool area, and the full kitchen gave us everything we wanted and more. I would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to come back and stay another time myself as well!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Bungalow! Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless, and communication with the owner was easy. The location is great - just a quick walk to lots of restaurants/cafes, and of course the beach. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Summary: Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. No worries about damage from the hurricane in this house or the area. The back yard with the pool was so enjoyable. We were very comfortable here. Tons of beach equipment was very helpful. Really nice to have the 2 bikes also. Brett was quick to communicate and very considerate. Nice extras like soap, shampoos, TP, ziplocks, detergent, etc. Other places I have had to purchase all the household essentials. Recommend to check out Honeymoon Island for tons of shells and a few sand dollars if thats your thing. Would stay again!

Summary: Enjoyed our return visit to this cute house. Very quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. House was clean and met all our needs. Kitchen very nice and had everything we needed.
